Day-wise Itinerary

Day 1 - Hanoi., Vietnam HANOI ARRIVAL – HANOI HALF DAY CITY TOUR

Morning: When you arrive at Noi Bai Airport, our driver will meet you and take you to the hotel. Early check- in is not included. Take a rest Afternoon: 13:00 – 13:30 Start the trip to visit Temple of Literature – where is onsidered the first university of Vietnam. This is also a famous historical relic of Hanoi and offers the cultural quintessence values of different periods. Here, you will have a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s history of development from the early days. 15.15: Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton. Come back to hotel and enjoy Hanoi night life.

Day 2 - Hanoi., Vietnam HANOI – HOA LU - TRANG AN - HANOI (B/L)

Impressed by the majestic beauty of Trang An Scenic Landscape ComplexAfter breakfast, tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and take you to Ninh Binh. Visit the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s most significant remnant from the past. Here, you will discover about the establishment of the first capital in Ninh Binh’s Hoa Lu. Learn about the remarkable and distinctive architecture found in the temples of King Dinh and King Le, who made significant contributions to an ancient kingdom. Taking a boat excursion from Trang An wharf is a must-do activity in Ninh Binh, as it is the highlight of the journey. On the Trang An Tour, while you ride a bamboo boat through grottos filled with stunning stalactites, you’ll be able to take in the breathtaking scenery. Get on car and return hotel in Hanoi. Come back the hotel and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3 - Hanoi., Vietnam HANOI – HA LONG BAY DAY TRIP (B/L)

8.15-8.50: Get picked up at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quater/ Opera House to depart Halong Bay Our journey follows Hanoi – Haiphong- Tuan Chau Highway (about a2.5-hour drive 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, get on the boat to start the excursion discovering the beauty of the world heritage site. 12:30: Enjoy set menu lunch on the boat with many special dishes of Halong. While having lunch, you all can see the beautiful scenery on both sides with thousands of limestone such as Fighting Chicken and Incense Buner Islets – 2 symbols of Halong Bay 14.00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island, and you will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave with a lot of stalagmites and stalactites 14.45: Do kayaking or bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon. 15.15: Visit TiTop Island with its sandy beach. You can go swimming here or trek up to the top of the island for sightseeing all of Halong bay 16.00: Back to the boat for the sunset party (some wine, fruits, and biscuits) meanwhile the boat is cruising back to the harbor. 17.45: Arrive back at the harbor. Day 4 - Hanoi., Vietnam HANOI FLIGHT TO DANANG - COCONUT VILLAGE - LOVELY HOINAN ANCIENT TOWN WITH LANTERN RELEASE (B/D)

Morning: After breakfast, enjoy your free time in Hanoi until get on car and transfer to airport to take flight to Danang. Upon Danang arrival, transfer to hotel (early check-in is not included). Take a rest Afternoon: 12h00 – 12h15: The van and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel. Start your adventure with Cam Thanh Coconut for being a fisherman at Cam Thanh Coconut Village, you will experience about learning traditional fishing techniques and how to row unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats while exploring the tranquil coconut palm waterways of the past war. On this tour, we provide authentic social and cultural insight into the local way of life in Vietnam. Furthermore, you will take part in some hands-on activities which are fun, safe, and interested are suitable for everybody. About 14h30: Visit to the next destination to Hoi An Old Town. Go to the Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, a colorful mélange of bright gates, dragon statues, and elaborate rooftops. Get an introduction to ancestor worship while visiting the family altar and watching local devotees making offerings. You will see remarkably well-preserved old houses Phung Hung Ancient House or Tan Ky Ancient House that have withstood 200 years of weather and war. Learn about the prosperous merchants who used to live in these homes, trading with buyers from all around the world. Especially, you will enjoy art shows at Hoi An Traditional Performing Arts House. Make a stop at the Japanese Bridge. The bridge spans a small waterway and was constructed more than 400 years ago to connect the Japanese community with the Chinese who lived on the other side of the water. Admire the carvings and paintings inside the bridge, learning about their symbolism and cultural significance. Additionally, visit some of Hoi An’s well-known handicraft shops and artwork galleries. Discover smaller laneways and local neighborhoods, gaining a better appreciation of Hoi An’s endless charm. 18h00: Enjoy your time with the boat ride on Hoai River and release the flower lanterns to pray for the best lucks to you and your family. You will immerse yourself in the fanciful space of the lantern street. Free your time with the night market and enjoy the shimmering space of Hoi An. 20h00 – 21h00: After the meal, we will go back to your places in Danang.

Day 5 - Hanoi., Vietnam BANA HILL – GOLDEN BRIDGE (B/L)

After have breakfast at hotel, we pick you up at the hotel and start to visit Ba Na Hills – also known as the second DaLat in Central Vietnam. 09:30 You will be carried to the peak by cable car system that won 4 World’s Records (longest one-wire sling; the longest distance between each station; the longest unpatched wire; and finally the heaviest cable roll), admire the epic view and enjoy the fresh air here. 10:00 Explore Golden bridge, sits 1,400 meters above sea level, an altitude which creates the illusion of a silk strip hiding in the clouds above Da Nang. Walking around and taking photos at Le Jardin D’Amour (the Flower Garden of Love), Linh Ung Pagoda, with 27m – height Shakyamuni statue on 6m – height lotus brings tourists peaceful feeling as visiting this place. Enjoy the panorama of Da Nang city. The next destination of your trip in Ba Na is French Village. In the afternoon, you can experience many thrilling rides and games such as slide-way, love wheel, fire race and ghosts’ house in Fantasy Park – the world-class indoor amusement park. Join in Fantasy Park by Walking in Fairy Forest, discovering Dinosaur Park, playing 5D wild west, enjoying 4D death race ride, watch 3D mega 360 degrees… 15:30 – 16:00 We say good bye to Ba Na. Come back the hotel and overnight in Danang.

Day 6 - Danang, Vietnam DANANG FREE AND EASY - FLIGHT TO HO CHI MINH (B)

After breakfast, enjoy your free time in Danang until get on car and transfer to airport to take flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon Ho Chi Minh arrival, transfer to hotel for check-in (early check-in is not included). Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 7 - Danang, Vietnam VINH TRANG PAGODA – MEKONG DELTA (B/L)

Have breakfast at hotel. Leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and start your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which sated back to the late 19th century. Then boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation. Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Have lunch at local restaurant. Break time. In the afternoon, time for walking around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Return to hotel and overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 8 - Ho Chi Minh., Vietnam HO CHI MINH – DEPARTURE (B)

Have breakfast at hotel and free until transfer to the airport for taking flight back home. Trip end!

b. 30 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.

c. 15 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.

d. 10 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.

e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.

Amendment Charges: Not applicable.

Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.

 

2. Amendment Policy

Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.

Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.

Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.

 

4. General Terms

Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment


Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.


Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.


Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights


Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.


Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.
