Day-wise Itinerary
Upon arrival in Zurich, you will be transferred to your hotel. After check-in, you will have free time to relax or explore the city at your own pace. Tour information and assistance will be available at the hotel reception in the afternoon.
Experience a guided city tour of Zurich, Switzerland’s financial and cultural hub, where you can learn about Zurich’s global reputation for quality of life and banking. Enjoy a scenic 2-hour cruise on Lake Zurich, then disembark at Rapperswil, known for its mediaeval castle and charm. Return to Zurich by Swiss train, experiencing a taste of Swiss punctuality. Note that transfers to and from the city centre may use public transport depending on the group size.
Travel through Switzerland’s scenic alpine regions with the first stop at Grindelwald, where you can enjoy a coffee break and a cable car ride up the mountain. Walk along a trail leading to a suspended bridge offering glacier views, followed by lunch on the mountain (included). Then visit Lucerne for free time to explore the historic lakeside city before returning to Zurich in the evening. An optional full-day excursion to Mount Titlis is available, featuring a rotating cable car and panoramic views from over 3,000m above sea level.
Depart from Zurich and enter the Alsace region of France. Visit Strasbourg, where you can explore the charming blend of French and German culture. Continue the journey to Paris, arriving in the evening.
An optional visit to the Palace of Versailles (entry not included) can be arranged. Explore the artistic Montmartre district, known as the home to painters and cabarets. Visit the Eiffel Tower with access to the second floor (tickets included). Enjoy a 1 hour, 15-minute boat cruise on the Seine River. You will have a free afternoon to explore Paris at your own pace. Note that if wait times for the Eiffel Tower are too long, the visit may be rescheduled to Sunday or a later time.

1. Booking & Payment Schedule
a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment
Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.
Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure bank or payment gateway platforms. Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction. Customers are encouraged to verify their payment information before completing the payment.
Incorrect Information: While Travsetgo makes every effort to ensure brochures, price grids, web pages, and other documents are accurate and up to date, the company is not liable for typographical errors, printing mistakes, or unintentional omissions.
