Arrival in Guwahati | Transfer to Shillong | Leisure Time Welcome to Guwahati! Upon arrival at the airport/railway station/bus stand, get driven to Shillong. Along the way, stop at the serene Umiam Lake, a beautiful man-made reservoir framed by rolling green hills. Once in Shillong, check into your hotel and enjoy some leisure time. You may choose to visit Phan Nonglait Park, a tranquil spot with colorful gardens and a small zoo. You can also simply stroll the market and purchase souvenirs.
Day Trip to Cherrapunji Begin your day with a pickup from your Shillong hotel for a scenic trip to Cherrapunji. Stop at Elephant Falls, a beautiful three-tiered cascade named after a now-eroded elephant-shaped rock. Continue to Mawkdok Dympep Viewpoint for sweeping valley views, then visit the stunning Wei Sawdong Falls. Explore Nohkalikai Falls, India’s tallest, and the Seven Sisters Falls. End with a walk through Mawsmai and Arwah Caves, known for limestone formations and fossils. Get driven to Shillong by evening.

Visit the Balancing Rock nearby and take a short walk to the unique Single Decker Living Root Bridge in Riwai, a natural wonder formed by intertwining tree roots. Continue to Dawki for a boating experience on the Umngot River, famed for its crystal-clear waters that make the boat appear as if it's floating in air. Later, proceed to your hotel in Dawki, check in and rest for the night.
Transfer to Shillong | En route Visit to Laitlum Canyon and Krang Suri Waterfall After checking out from your hotel, get transferred to Shillong via the scenic Jowai route. Stop at Jowai village to witness the stunning Krang Suri Waterfall, known for its turquoise waters and serene setting—perfect for a refreshing break. 1. Booking & Payment Schedule
a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment
Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.
Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure bank or payment gateway platforms. Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction. Customers are encouraged to verify their payment information before completing the payment.
