Arrival in Guwahati | Transfer to Shillong | Leisure Time Welcome to Guwahati, the Gateway to Northeast India! Upon your arrival at the Guwahati airport/ railway station, you will be driven to Shillong. En route, you will make a brief stop at Umiam Lake, a man-made lake known for its scenic landscape. Afterwards, continue to Shillong. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and spend the day at your leisure. You can visit Lady Hydari Park, known for its manicured gardens & mini-zoo. You can also head to Police Bazaar, Shillong’s vibrant shopping hub.
Transfer to Cherrapunji | Trip to Elephant Falls | Cherrapunji Sightseeing Tour Post check-out, get driven to Cherrapunji, starting with a stop at Elephant Falls, known for its scenic three-tiered cascade surrounded by greenery. Upon arrival in Cherrapunji, explore the Mawsmai Caves, celebrated for their walkable limestone paths, and the Arwah Caves, known for ancient fossils and dramatic rock formations. Trek to Double Decker Root Bridge Begin your day with a drive to Tyrna village, the starting point of your trek to the Double Decker Root Bridge, formed by guiding living roots across streams—a traditional practice by the Khasi tribes. For those who want to explore more, you can continue to Rainbow Falls, known for its clear waters and surrounding views (optional). After the trek, climb over 3,500 steps to reach back to Tyrna. Day Trip to Mawphlang | Trek to David Scott Trail Today, get driven to Mawphlang, a village known for its sacred groves and rich Khasi heritage. From here, begin the David Scott Trail, a historic 16 km route named after a British administrator. Trek for about 5 hours with a local guide through scenic valleys, rolling meadows, and crystal-clear streams. The trail offers glimpses of Meghalaya’s natural beauty and rural life, making it one of the most iconic hikes in the region. After completing the trek, you’ll be driven back to your hotel.
Trek to Single Decker Living Root Bridge | Transfer to Dawki After check-out, drive to Mawlynnong, known as the cleanest village in Asia for its eco-conscious community and sustainable living practices. Take a short trek to Riwai to see the Single Decker Living Root Bridge, formed by guiding tree roots across streams. Stop at the Balancing Rock, a large boulder perched on another. Continue your journey to Dawki, pausing at the stunning Umngot River, famous for its crystal-clear waters. Upon arrival in Dawki, check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Transfer to Shillong | Visit Krang Shuri Waterfalls and Laitlum Canyon Start your day with a drive to Shnongpdeng, known for its clear river and adventure sports. Enjoy kayaking or boating at your own cost before continuing the trip.Continue your journey to Shillong. There, visit Krang Suri Waterfalls, famous for its blue waters and natural pool, perfect for a refreshing break. 1. Booking & Payment Schedule
a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment
Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.
Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure bank or payment gateway platforms. Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction. Customers are encouraged to verify their payment information before completing the payment.
Incorrect Information: While Travsetgo makes every effort to ensure brochures, price grids, web pages, and other documents are accurate and up to date, the company is not liable for typographical errors, printing mistakes, or unintentional omissions.
