Day-wise Itinerary
Arrival in Guwahati | Transfer to Kaziranga | Day at Leisure Welcome to Guwahati, the gateway to Northeast India! Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station, get transferred to Kaziranga, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its population of the one-horned rhinoceros. En route, soak in the stunning views of the emerald tea gardens. Upon arrival, check into your lodge/camp and relax for a while. Later, you can head out and explore nearby tribal villages, where you can interact with the locals and experience their unique culture.
Kaziranga National Park Safari | Transfer to Shillong | Day at Leisure Wake up early for an exciting jeep safari through the Kaziranga National Park and get a chance to spot the endangered one-horned rhinoceros. Also, keep an eye out for elephants, wild buffalo, and tigers. Afterwards, return to the lodge/camp & check out. Enjoy a scenic toward Shillong, enjoying stunning views of the Umiam Lake. Upon arrival in Shillong, check into your hotel and relax. Later, you can visit the two-tiered Bishop Falls or admire the Gothic architecture of the All Saints Cathedral.
Transfer to Cherrapunji | Elephant Falls Visit | Cherrapunji Sightseeing Tour Post check-out, get driven to the scenic Elephant Falls, a beautiful three-tiered cascade nestled in lush greenery. Continue your journey to Cherrapunji, known for its record-breaking rainfall and stunning landscapes. En route, marvel at the Seven Sisters Waterfalls and the towering NohKaLikai Falls, India’s tallest plunge waterfall. Later, explore the beautiful Mawsmai & Arwah Caves, known for their limestone formations and fossils. Conclude the day with a check-in at your hotel in Cherrapunji.
Trek to Nongriat Double Decker Living Root Bridge In the morning, get driven to Tyrna Village and begin your trek to the iconic Double Decker Living Root Bridge. Experience the village’s culture before descending through lush forest trails and stone steps. Upon reaching, admire this natural marvel—an interwoven masterpiece crafted by the Khasi tribe using banyan tree roots over generations. Also, you can extend your hike to the scenic Rainbow Falls (at an extra cost). Later, hike back to the village and from there, get driven to the hotel.
Transfer to Shillong via Dawki After checking out of your hotel, begin your journey to Shillong via Dawki, a town near the India-Bangladesh border. Here, witness the clear waters of the Umngot River, renowned as one of the cleanest rivers in India. You can opt for a boat ride (at your own expense) on the glass-like surface, where boats appear to float mid-air—a surreal experience. Also, soak in the amazing surroundings before continuing to Shillong. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.
In the morning, get ready and check-out from your hotel in Shillong. Then, board your transfer to the Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for your journey back home, marking the end to your amazing trip!

1. Booking & Payment Schedule
a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment
Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.
Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure bank or payment gateway platforms. Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction. Customers are encouraged to verify their payment information before completing the payment.
