Day-wise Itinerary
Welcome to New Delhi! From here, you can board an AC Volvo for an overnight journey to Manali. In the morning, wake up to the scenic views of the Himalayas surrounding you, as you reach Manali.
On this day, board your pre-booked transfer from Manali Bus Stand to the hotel for check in. Rest for a while and embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Manali. Start with visits to renowned temples like Hidimba Devi Temple and Vashist Temple & Water Springs. Visit Van Vihar National Park to observe wildlife such as deer, leopards, and Nilgai. Go on a shopping spree at Mall Road or the local market near the Tibetan Monastery. Later, transfer back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
In the morning, you will be transferred for a day trip to the stunning Solang Valley. On your way, pass through scenic villages such as Kothi, Gulaba, and Marhi, each offering unique views. Once you arrive at Solang Valley, take the opportunity to enjoy adventure sports like paragliding, skiing and zorbing for some thrilling experiences (at an extra cost). After spending a fun-filled day, you will be driven back to the hotel in Manali for an overnight stay.
Today, your day begins with a scenic pre-booked drive to Manikaran, stopping en route at Kasol. Over there, you can explore a rabbit farm and a shawl factory. Later, continue your journey to the sacred Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara, famous for its hot water springs. After the tour, you will be driven back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After checking out of your hotel in Manali, take the pre-booked transfer to Shimla. Upon arrival, relax for a bit, and later head out to explore Mall Road, the Ridge Church, and Lakkar Bazaar at your own pace. These spots offer a delightful blend of cultural and historical experiences amidst scenic surroundings. Later, return to your hotel on your own for an overnight stay.
Check out of your hotel in Shimla, and embark on a sightseeing tour of Shimla and Kufri. Start with the Hanuman Temple atop Jakhoo Hill. Later, head to Kufri, and en route enjoy the scenic beauty of Hassan Valley. Visit The Himalayan Nature Park to spot local wildlife like the Himalayan Monal and bears. Head to Kufri Fun World for thrilling rides and activities(at an extra cost). As the day ends, get transferred to the Shimla Bus Stand to catch an overnight AC Volvo to Delhi.

1. Booking & Payment Schedule
a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment
Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.
Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure bank or payment gateway platforms. Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction. Customers are encouraged to verify their payment information before completing the payment.
