Day-wise Itinerary
Arrival at Guwahati | Transfer to Cherrapunjee Meet our representative on arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station where you will be greeted well. Transfer to Cherrapunjee, on the way to stop for a photo op at Umiam Lake. Check-in to the hotel after arrival and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight at Cherrapunjee.
Cherrapunjee - Nongriat Trek - Cherrapunjee After breakfast at 7 am, proceed to Tyrna village. Start the trek to the Double Decker Root Bridge (Nongriat) with the local guide. Later on, you can also extend your hike to Rainbow Falls at an extra cost of Rs 1500. Climb up the 3500 steps to end the hike at the same village by evening. Overnight at Cherrapunjee.
Cherrapunjee - Kaziranga ( 273 Km | 7 hrs) After breakfast, travel to Kaziranga. In the mid way you can explore the Mawsmai Caves, Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sister Falls, which will leave you spellbound. Enjoy the beautiful evening with the green view in the surrounding. Have dinner & enjoy your stay at Kaziranga.
Sightseeing | Kaziranga National Park Early morning, head out to explore one zone of the national park riding on an elephant (on your own). Kaziranga National Park is home to many species of animals & birds including the One-horned rhino. Return to the hotel for a lip-smacking breakfast. In the afternoon, enjoy a jeep safari in the Kaziranga national park. Return to the hotel & have a peaceful stay at Kaziranga.
Kaziranga to Bomdila (205 Kms / 6 hrs.) After breakfast start the journey to Bomdila(8,200 ft.). Travel from the green field of Assam to lush green mountains of Arunachal pradesh. On arrival check in to the hotel. In the evening visit Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gonpa) and Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gonpa) later after relaxing. Overnight stay at Bomdila.
Bomdila to Tawang (177 kms / 5 hrs.) After morning breakfast take the mesmerizing road journey to reach Tawang. On the way, witness the snow capped Sella Pass at 14000 ft and the JaswantGarh War Memorial. Arrive & check in to the hotel. Evening is free for your leisure. Overnight stay at Tawang.
Tawang Local Sightseeing Post delicious breakfast, visit Tawang Monastery, Later visit Urgelling Gompa, 6th Dalai Lama’s birth place and proceed to the War Memorial. Tawang Local Sightseeing- High Altitude Lakes and Bumla Pass This morning starts with a tasty breakfast. Post that, drive to a high altitude lake called as Shonga-tser Lake, popularly known as Madhuri Lake. Then drive to Sangetsar Lake, nestled amidst the pristine mountains and picturesque surroundings. Enjoy some Maggie and Momos in this area while watching war bunkers around. Drive further to Bumla Pass which is located about 37 km away from Tawang. Tawang - Dirang (135 kms / 4 hrs.) Wake up and have a delicious breakfast. Transfer to Dirang (1560 Mt. On arrival check in to the hotel. Evening visit apple and kiwi farms in the afternoon ( depending upon the season), Dirang Monastery and Kalachakra Monastery. Overnight stay at Dirang.
Dirang Sightseeing - Transfer to Bhalukpong After breakfast, transfer to Bhalukpong. On the way, visit Tipi On the banks of the river Bharali at an elevation of 190 mtrs having an orchidarium with over 500 orchids. On your drive, take a break to visit Nag Temple. Bhalukpong - Guwahati (239 Kms / 5 hrs.) Transfer to Bhalukpong, the border of the states of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. On the way cross the 1.4km long river bridge giving amazing views of brahmaputra river. Check-in to the hotel after arrival and relax. a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment
Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.
Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction.
