Day-wise Itinerary
Upon arrival at Rome Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel where you will meet your guide for a briefing, or refer to the signboard at the reception. In the evening, you will be transferred to Via Cavour, a vibrant street, perfect for your first taste of Rome, where you can explore various dining options ranging from Italian, Indian, and Chinese to international cuisines.
The morning begins with a 3-hour panoramic tour of Rome led by a local guide, covering iconic sites like the Arch of Constantine, the Exterior of the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, Circus Maximus, Baths of Caracalla, and Castel Sant’Angelo (from outside), before concluding at Vatican City around 11:00 AM. An optional tour to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel is available. The afternoon is reserved for free time, followed by an evening transfer to the charming Trastevere District, known for its local culture and restaurants, with the return to the hotel scheduled for approximately 8:30 PM.
Today, you will depart Rome and travel north through the scenic countryside to Florence. Upon arrival, you'll visit Piazzale Michelangelo for stunning panoramic city views. In the evening, you will enjoy a walking tour with a local guide to see key sights like the Ponte Vecchio, the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), and the Piazza della Signoria, followed by free time to explore the city, often described as an open-air museum, with various international dinner options available nearby.
Today, you will travel across the Apennine Mountains, enjoying beautiful landscapes on the way to Venice. Upon arrival, you will cross the Giudecca Canal by boat to reach Venice Island for a guided walking tour of St Mark’s Square. Highlights include a visit to a Murano Glass Factory with a live glass-blowing demonstration, followed by free time to explore Venice at your own pace. Accommodation for the night will be in the Mestre district (mainland Venice).
Today, you will depart Venice and travel into Austria, making your first stop in Innsbruck for a stroll in the historic city center and lunch. The journey then continues to Kitzbühel, a picturesque alpine village and famous ski resort, where you will explore the charming town (snow is often present year-round). Finally, you will proceed to Salzburg, arriving in the evening. Please note that on days with fewer travellers, a train may be used for the journey from Venice to Innsbruck.
The morning is dedicated to exploring Salzburg, the city of Mozart, where you will admire its Baroque and Renaissance architecture and scenic old town. Next, you will drive through beautiful lake and mountain landscapes to St Wolfgang, a famous Austrian pilgrimage site. The journey continues to Traunkirchen by Lake Traunsee, where you will board a cruise liner for a scenic lake cruise (included), viewing four historic castles. Upon disembarking at Gmunden, you will continue your journey, arriving in Vienna by evening.
The day starts with a panoramic city tour of Vienna led by a local guide, visiting grand avenues, parks, palaces, and major city landmarks. The afternoon offers free time for self-exploration or relaxation. In the evening, you will be transferred to Grinzing, a historic wine village, where you can explore traditional Viennese taverns and enjoy dinner on your own.
Today, you will travel to Budapest, Hungary (an approximately 3-hour journey). Your first stop is Váci utca, Budapest’s lively shopping and dining street, where you will have free time for lunch and exploration. This is followed by an included boat ride on the Danube River to view both the historic Buda and modern Pest sides of the city, before beginning a panoramic city tour of the "Queen of the Danube." The evening offers free time, with an optional opportunity to attend a traditional Magyar show with dinner.
You will depart Budapest early today and travel to Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, where you will explore its beautiful historic centre and enjoy lunch. The journey then continues to Prague, Czech Republic. In the evening, you will be transferred to the bustling Old Town Square, filled with shops and performers, where you can enjoy dinner at your choice of Czech, Indian, Chinese, or Italian restaurants before the return transfer to your hotel.
Today is a full day of sightseeing in Prague, the Baroque gem of Europe, starting with a guided panoramic tour led by a local expert, which includes admission to Prague Castle. This is followed by a scenic, included Vltava River boat ride. The afternoon offers free time to wander through the city's cobblestone streets, explore charming cafés, or shop for souvenirs.

1. Booking & Payment Schedule
a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment
Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.
Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure bank or payment gateway platforms. Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction. Customers are encouraged to verify their payment information before completing the payment.
