Day-wise Itinerary

Day 2 - Germany, Germany Frankfurt Arrival

Upon arrival in Frankfurt, one of Germany's most vibrant cities, you will enjoy a smooth transfer to your hotel and settle in. You will spend your afternoon at leisure, exploring the nearby surroundings or relaxing after your journey, and should look out for details about your upcoming adventure displayed at the hotel reception.

Day 2 - Germany, Germany Frankfurt – Rhine Cruise – Cologne – Dortmund

Today, you will journey through the scenic Rhine and Moselle Valleys, known for their storybook landscapes, and enjoy a short cruise on the Rhine River between Rüdesheim and Sankt Goar, the most picturesque stretch. You will stop for lunch in Cochem, a fairytale village dominated by a hilltop castle, before continuing to Cologne to explore the iconic Gothic cathedral. The day concludes with a riverside walk and exploration of the lively city center before heading to Dortmund for the night. (Note: Accommodation might be arranged in a nearby city during fairs or congresses.)

Day 3 - Germany, Germany Dortmund – Fairy Tale Route – Hannover

Today, you will follow the enchanting Fairy Tale Route, inspired by the Brothers Grimm, starting with a visit to Trendelburg, home to the famous Rapunzel Tower and its medieval castle (entry included). After driving through forests reminiscent of Hansel and Gretel, you will stop in Höxter for lunch and visit the 9th-century Corvey Abbey (entry included), a UNESCO World Heritage Site (Note: Corvey Abbey is closed from November to February). The journey continues as you explore the ruins of Cinderella’s Castle in Polle (entry included) and wander through Hamelin, the town of the Pied Piper legend, before concluding in Hannover, with time to discover the historic Old Town Hall area. (Note: Accommodation may be in a nearby city during major events.)

Day 4 - Denmark, Denmark Hannover – Hamburg – Flensburg – Aarhus

Today, you will travel to Hamburg and explore the energetic port area surrounding the central lake. After lunch, the journey continues with a visit to Flensburg, a charming maritime town near the Denmark border. You will then travel along the Jutland Peninsula before arriving in Aarhus, Denmark’s cultural capital and second-largest city.

Day 5 - Norway, Norway Aarhus – Kristiansand Ferry – Stavanger

Today, you will head to Hirtshals to board a ferry for a scenic three-hour voyage across the North Sea to Kristiansand, a coastal gem in southern Norway (Note: Lunch is usually available on board, and ferry schedules may vary). From Kristiansand, you will follow the stunning Norwegian coastline, stopping at Flekkefjord, a quaint town with old-world charm, before arriving in Stavanger, known for its colourful port and vibrant atmosphere by the fjord.

Day 6 - Norway, Norway Stavanger – Bergen

The day begins at the striking Swords in Rock monument, a tribute to Viking unity, followed by a scenic drive along Norway’s coastline featuring bridges, tunnels (including one of the deepest undersea tunnels in the world), and boat crossings. You will arrive in Bergen, the capital of the fjords, just in time for lunch. In the afternoon, you will ride the Mount Fløyen cable car for panoramic views of the city and the Bergen Fjord, concluding the day with free time to wander the historic harbour and charming streets.

Day 7 - Norway, Norway Bergen – Sognefjord – Oslo

Today, you will discover Norway's natural wonders en route to Oslo, starting with a visit to the Tvindefossen Waterfall. Next, you will enjoy a 90-minute cruise through the breathtaking Sognefjord, the largest and deepest fjord in Norway, between Gudvangen and Aurland, before traveling through the Aurland Tunnel, the longest road tunnel in the world. You will stop briefly to admire the Borgund Stave Church (external view), a remarkable example of medieval wooden architecture, before arriving in Oslo to explore the harbourfront, main streets, or Frogner Park, home to Gustav Vigeland’s sculptures.

Day 8 - Sweden, Sweden Continue to Stockholm, Sweden’s elegant capital, arriving by evening.

The day begins with a guided panoramic tour of Oslo, known for its striking blend of modern and classical architecture, green spaces, and fjord views, followed by free time to explore before heading into Sweden. You will stop in Örebro, a charming lakeside town with a beautiful castle and cobbled old quarter, before continuing your journey to Stockholm, Sweden's elegant capital, arriving by evening.

Day 9 - Sweden, Sweden Stockholm

Today, you will explore Stockholm on a panoramic tour of this city built on 14 islands. You will walk through Gamla Stan, the charming old town with its vibrant squares and alleys, and visit the Nobel Prize Museum, Royal Palace, and Stockholm Cathedral. You will also soak in views from Fjällgatan, one of the city’s most scenic viewpoints. The afternoon is free for you to explore museums, stroll the waterfront, or opt to visit the Vasa Museum or City Hall.

Day 10 - Sweden, Sweden Departure

1. Booking & Payment Schedule

a. 45 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.

b. 30 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.

c. 15 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.

d. 10 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.          

Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.

e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.

Amendment Charges: Not applicable.

Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.

 

2. Amendment Policy

Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.

Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.

Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.

 

4. General Terms

Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment


Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.


Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.


Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights


Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.


Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.
