Day-wise Itinerary
Upon arrival in Paris, you will be transferred to your hotel, where you will have free time to relax and explore the surroundings. Tour information for your upcoming adventure will be available on the boards located at the hotel reception.
Today, you will visit the magnificent Palace of Versailles and its famous gardens (entry not included), followed by an exploration of Montmartre, the artistic heart of Paris. The day also features a panoramic city tour with a local guide, covering iconic Parisian landmarks. In the evening, there is an optional opportunity to attend a Paris variety show.
Today's highlights include a visit to the Eiffel Tower with included tickets to the second floor (Note: The visit timing may shift based on wait times), followed by an enjoyable Seine River cruise (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes). The afternoon is left at leisure for personal exploration or shopping.
Today, you will travel through the scenic Burgundy wine region, stopping in Beaune for a stroll, wine insights, and lunch. You will then arrive in Lyon (or Chambéry for some departures) to explore the historic centre, a UNESCO Site, and ride the funicular to Notre-Dame de Fourvière for stunning panoramic views.
Today's journey starts with travel to Geneva to see the UN Palace, the English Garden, and the Jet d’Eau. You will then take a scenic drive by Lake Geneva and the Three Lakes region, stopping at Neuchâtel for a lakeside walk or castle visit, before arriving in Zurich in the late afternoon. (Note: For some groups, the Geneva-Zurich leg may be via train, excluding the Neuchâtel stop.)
The day features a guided tour of Zurich, Switzerland's financial and cultural capital, followed by a scenic Lake Zurich cruise (approximately 2 hours) with stops at picturesque lakeside villages. A highlight includes a visit to Rapperswil, known for its mediaeval castle, before returning to Zurich by train. (Note: Transfers during the day may be via public transport depending on group size.)
The day features a scenic drive through the Interlaken region, stopping at Grindelwald for a cable car ride up the mountain, a walk to a suspended bridge with glacier views, and an included lunch on the mountain. Alternatively, an optional full-day excursion to Mount Titlis via the rotating cable car is available. The main group will then continue to Lucerne to explore its charming old town before returning to Zurich.

1. Booking & Payment Schedule
a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment

Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure bank or payment gateway platforms. Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction. Customers are encouraged to verify their payment information before completing the payment.
Incorrect Information: While Travsetgo makes every effort to ensure brochures, price grids, web pages, and other documents are accurate and up to date, the company is not liable for typographical errors, printing mistakes, or unintentional omissions.
