Day-wise Itinerary
Upon arrival we proceed to Panchmarhi - popularly known as 'Satpura ki Rani'. En-route we head to Bhojpur- a town of historical and religious importance, here we visit Bhojeshwar Temple.
Today we explore the wonderful hill station of Pachmarhi, we visit Jatashankar temple- a cave temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, Gupt Mahadev Temple- another cave temple with 40 feet long cave dedicated to Lord Shiva. Then we take an adventurous cave walk at Pandav Gufa. Later we visit Handi Khoh- a grand valley with several 300-foot towering cliffs on either side. We end our day at Rajendragiri Point with a beautiful Sunset Walk.
Today we head to Madhai – a quiet forest spot known for wildlife and jungle safaris. In the afternoon head out for a thrilling safari at Madhai Tiger Reserve - a picturesque sanctuary in Satpura known for its rich wildlife, serene forests, and chances of spotting tigers. Safari bookings open 3 months in advance and are subject to availability. We recommend confirming your travel dates early.
Today we proceed to Bhopal. En-route we visit Bhimbetka Caves – home to some of the oldest cave paintings known to man. We then head to Sanchi – a UNESCO world heritage site and home to the world-famous Buddhist monument - Sanchi Stupa. On arrival, we visit the Stupas, monasteries, temples, pillars adorned with intricate carvings and sculptures.
Today we visit Tribal Museum – which takes us on an immersive journey through the culture of the local tribes with large colourful displays, art, traditions, daily life, and customs of the indigenous groups. Later we take a photo stop at Upper Lake. Later in the evening we have free time for shopping.

- Any upgradation in airline class, vehicle, hotel or hotel room category.
- Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which is not a part of group’s set meal menu.
- Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
- Cost of any optional activity or service.
- Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.

At Travsetgo, we maintain transparent and structured payment guidelines to ensure a smooth booking experience for our customers. Please review the following terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking & Payment Schedule
a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment
Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.
Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure bank or payment gateway platforms. Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction. Customers are encouraged to verify their payment information before completing the payment.
Incorrect Information: While Travsetgo makes every effort to ensure brochures, price grids, web pages, and other documents are accurate and up to date, the company is not liable for typographical errors, printing mistakes, or unintentional omissions.
