Day-wise Itinerary
Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station, Bagdogra Airport, or Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand, our representative will greet you and transfer you to Gangtok. After hotel check-in, spend your evening exploring MG Road. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
After breakfast at the hotel, set out for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake, located about 40 km away, known for its stunning beauty and migratory birds. Continue to Baba Mandir and the famous Nathu La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads. After exploring these iconic spots, return to Gangtok. Spend your evening at leisure, exploring MG Road for shopping and relaxation. Overnight stay will be in Gangtok. (In case of landslides or closure of Tsomgo Lake, alternate sightseeing will be arranged.)
After breakfast, begin your detailed North Sikkim tour with a departure from Gangtok at 10:00 AM towards Lachung, located at an altitude of 8600 feet. Along the way, enjoy scenic stops at Tashi Viewpoint, Kabi Lungstok, Naga Waterfalls, the confluence of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu at Chungthang, Twin Waterfalls, and Bhim Nala Waterfalls. Lunch can be arranged at Namok (at an additional cost). You will reach Lachung by late afternoon or early evening. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. The evening is free to explore the surroundings. Dinner will be served at 8 PM, followed by an overnight stay in Lachung.
After breakfast, visit Yumthang Valley and return to Lachung for lunch. Then travel back to Gangtok, with stops at Singhik and Mangan. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay will be in Gangtok.
After breakfast, set out for a comprehensive city tour of Gangtok, visiting attractions such as the Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall, and the Flower Show. After sightseeing, embark on a scenic 140 km drive to Pelling, a beautiful destination located close to the snow-capped Himalayas. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and relax. The evening is free to explore the local surroundings. Overnight stay will be in Pelling.
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, set out for a full-day sightseeing tour. Visit the beautiful Rimbi Waterfalls and the serene Rimbi Rock Garden, followed by the sacred Khecheopalri Lake. Continue to explore the peaceful Khecheopalri Monastery, the stunning Kanchenjunga Waterfalls, and the historic Pemayangtse Monastery. Also visit the Rabdentse Ruins, where the breathtaking panoramic views are a major highlight of the day. Later, proceed towards Darjeeling and check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.
Start your day early with a drive to Tiger Hill, offering a truly unforgettable experience. Witness the breathtaking sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather conditions). On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery, the Peace Memorial, and the scenic Batasia Loop. Return to the hotel for breakfast and relax for a while. After a short rest, head out for another round of sightseeing, covering popular attractions such as Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tenzing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (closed on Sunday), Natural History Museum (closed on Sunday), and the Peace Pagoda. Later, return to the hotel. The evening is free for leisure activities and shopping. Enjoy an overnight stay at your hotel in Darjeeling.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel in the morning. After breakfast, proceed for your transfer to Siliguri, New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), Bagdogra Airport (IXB), or Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand. The journey will take approximately 3–4 hours.

1. Booking & Payment Schedule
a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment
Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.
Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure bank or payment gateway platforms. Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction. Customers are encouraged to verify their payment information before completing the payment.
Incorrect Information: While Travsetgo makes every effort to ensure brochures, price grids, web pages, and other documents are accurate and up to date, the company is not liable for typographical errors, printing mistakes, or unintentional omissions.
