Day-wise Itinerary
The blue skies and the fresh mountain air around you are just precursors to one of the most remarkable holidays of your life. Use the first day to acclimatise, and avoid anything strenuous. Take your time strolling in and out of the shops in Leh Bazaar.
Once you are done with breakfast, head out to tour the monasteries here. Whether it is the Hemis Monastery with the tall Buddha statue or the many stupas made of gold and silver with Tibetan thangkas, there is a common thread of tranquillity running through them. Visit the Thiksey Monastery, the largest in Ladakh, to admire its traditional Tibetan architecture. Come evening, spend some more peaceful moments at the Shanti Stupa, and head back to the town for a traditional Tibetan meal.
Ladakh is a land of contrasting landscapes and a fine example of this is the Nubra Valley and the Hunder Desert in its heartland. Nubra and Hunder are best enjoyed over a night’s stay, so do book a room in advance. The dramatically changing vistas over the 6-hour drive through the Khardung La need to be witnessed to be believed! Set off to experience the silvery magnificence of the Hunder Sand Dunes right amidst the luscious valley, and meet the rare double-humped camels. You could even enjoy a ride!
Wake up to a picture-postcard morning in Nubra. You could set off on a trek through the valley or enjoy a picnic by the gushing stream. Try one of the Ladakhi favourites for lunch—Tigmo, a sweet and spicy combo of fermented bread, with stew. If you choose to head back, you’ll reach Leh by lunchtime.
Wake up and enjoy another Ladakhi breakfast—Khambir, a traditional bread eaten with apricot jam and served with the traditional butter tea – and head on a 220 km long, round-trip excursion via the Changla Pass to the Pangong Lake. It’s a surreal experience watching the mystically beautiful lake with stoic mountains around changing colours through the day. Soak in the atmosphere, click a million selfies, store up as many memories, and then check into one of the camps or homestays for the night.
After a heavy breakfast, it’s back to Leh, to arrive there post noon. Once there, spend the rest of the day shopping, snacking and sightseeing, or delving into the history of the place.
Reserve a day for Sangama, the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers. Incidentally, for those missing the action, Zanskar and Indus are white-river rafting points too—the adventure begins at Spituk. If you want to settle for something less unnerving, take a tour to the Magnetic Hill to witness the magic of the mountains pulling up vehicles. It’s just optical illusion, they say!

a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment
Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.
Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure bank or payment gateway platforms. Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction. Customers are encouraged to verify their payment information before completing the payment.
