Day-wise Itinerary
On arrival at OR Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg you proceed through customs and passport control to the luggage collection area and the arrivals hall. You will then be met by your private guide who will transfer you to The Davinci Hotel where you will spend 02 nights on a bed and breakfast basis.
After breakfast you will be collected a full day to experience South Africa’s commercial and financial capital - Johannesburg - the City of Gold, known amongst locals as Egoli, Jozi or Jo’burg.
After breakfast you will be transferred to OR Tambo International Airport and board your flight to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, Nelspruit. On arrival you will be greeted and transferred by road to the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve. You will spend 03 nights at Inyati on a full board basis including twice daily game drives.
Game drives are planned for mornings and evenings as this is the time when the animals are most active. The game drives last for about three hours and include a coffee stop for the morning drive and a sundowner stop in the evening. This morning after checking out of the guesthouse, you will embark on a privately guided full day tour of the Cape Winelands, including lunch. This pretty-as-a-picture region of Cape Town is all about grandeur. Elegant Cape Dutch manor houses, lush sweeping valleys, charming villages, and fields of world class grape vines some of which were first planted hundreds of years ago; all set against a soothing mountain backdrop. The extremely fertile soils of the Cape Winelands, in particular the areas of Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek, produce a multitude of exceptional white, red and fortified wines which can be found on the shelves of some of the best international wine stores.

a. 45 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.
b. 30 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.
c. 15 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.
d. 10 Days Prior to Departure
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.
Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)
Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.
Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.
Amendment Charges: Not applicable.
Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.
2. Amendment Policy
Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.
Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.
4. General Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment
Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Customers should ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues.
Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.
Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights
Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Payment Gateway: Online payments are processed through secure bank or payment gateway platforms. Travsetgo is not responsible for any technical errors, banking issues, or security concerns that may occur during the transaction.
