Today, enjoy a Full Day city tour of Kathmandu, visiting temples of Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath, Swayambhunath, temple of the living Goddess and stroll through the old Durbar Square. The rest of the evening is free to enjoy exploring the markets, pubs and casinos on your own.

Kathmandu to Chitwan (170 kms / approx. 8 Hours drive)

Today you will proceed on a drive from Kathmandu valley into the subtropical Gangetic plains - the Terai region, to Chitwan. Located at the foothills of the Himalayas, Chitwan is famous for its rich flora, fauna and wildlife, especially the single-horned Asiatic rhinoceros and the Royal Bengal tiger! On arrival in Chitwan, check into your hotel

Morning Game Viewing at Chitwan National Park Early morning, proceed on a safari in Elephant into the Royal Chitwan National Park, passing through Sal forests, riverine vegetation and 'elephant grass' savannah. Spot different species of birds, butterflies and the most famous single-horned Asian rhinoceros. If lucky you will spot the Royal Bengal tiger. Rest of the afternoon is free for nature walks.

a. 45 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.

b. 30 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.

c. 15 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.

d. 10 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.

e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.

Amendment Charges: Not applicable.

Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.

2. Amendment Policy

Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.

Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.

Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.

4. General Terms

Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.
