Relax in Pasikudha and Arugambey before heading to Ella for the Nine Arch Bridge and Ravana Waterfall. Continue to Nuwara Eliya’s scenic gardens, tea landscapes, and Sita Amman Temple, followed by Kandy’s revered Tooth Relic Temple and Peradeniya Gardens. End the tour with sightseeing in Galle and Mirissa. The package includes breakfast, transport, guided sightseeing, and entrance fees.

Day-wise Itinerary

Arrive in Sri Lanka. You will be met by a representative and transferred to Dambulla. Visit one of the most visited tourist attractions, the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. You can witness Volunteers and caretakers taking care of the abandoned and injured elephants and proving them shelter. Watch how caretakers feed, bathe and help these animals. Walk with the herd to the nearby river to watch the elephants bathe and play around in the water. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Kandy.

Breakfast at the hotel / Morning Visits the Sigiriya Rock Fortress: A “UNESCO World Heritage Site” and perhaps the most fantastic wonder of the island. Also known as the Lion Rock because of the huge lion which stands tall at the entrance of the Palace. Water Gardens, Summer houses and Boulder Gardens and the caves within that area should not be missed.

Breakfast at the hotel / Proceed to Trincomalee: Visit Thiru Koneshwaram temple that was built by sage Agasthyar as per the instructions of Lord Shiva who was impressed by the devotion of King Ravana. This place is unique for building a temple for his devotee as a reward for his devotion. To get rid of the Brahmasthi Dosham, Lord Rama offered his prayers during his return.

Breakfast at the hotel: Transfer to Nuwara Eliya and Sightseeing in Nuwara-Eliya. The ‘Little England’ of Sri Lanka, is set against the beautiful scrim of Mountains, Valleys, Waterfalls, and Tea Plantations. It is supposed to be one of the coolest places on the Island, although the temperature does drop at night. In Nuwara Eliya, you will see the British influence by looking at buildings like cottages or Queen Ann style mansions. Victoria Park is located in the center and is often a picnic spot. Read the seasons here by flowers which bloom in the spring (March to May) and the fall (August and September). These are the “seasons” which attract people from low country to avoid the heat and humidity. Visit Sita Amman Temple. Transfer to Kandy. Evening Visit Kandy Tooth Relic Temple. Kandy - The Hill capital. Visit Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic - Famous for the Buddha’s tooth which was brought hidden in Orissan princess hair, the artifact has grown in holiness in Sri Lanka, and also considered most prized possession on Srilanka.

Breakfast at the hotel: Visit Royal Botanical Gardens. Witness the 5,000 Species of trees, plants, and creepers. Spice Gardens and Orchid House attracts major tourists. 5 Palm Avenues beautifying the gardens.

Packed breakfast / Galle: Historically interesting town, has been a major port until 100 years, but today still sailing boats in the natural harbor. Visit the old town and witness the traditional Lacemakers and woodcarvers, you can also purchase some of the finest souvenirs for your loved ones. The Dutch Fort-Galle - The major city located on the south coast, having the oldest landmarks of Portuguese and Dutch Fort also bags the title of World Heritage Site.

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.

b. 30 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.

c. 15 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.

d. 10 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.

e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.

Amendment Charges: Not applicable.

Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.

2. Amendment Policy

Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.

Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.

Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.

4. General Terms

Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment

Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.

Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.

Cancellation & Company Rights

Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.

Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.
