Day-wise Itinerary

As soon as you reach the airport, our representative will be there at the airport to welcome you and escort you to the hotel. You can check-in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. If you wish to explore some local areas, you can do so on your own.

After you have your breakfast, we will take you for the full city excursion of Almaty. Here, you will explore the places of historical importance like Republic Square, Monument of Independence, Palace of President, Astana Square, Abai Square, and Palace of Republic. You will also be taken to Panfilovets’ Park, which is dedicated to Panfilov heroes. Within the Panifilovets’ Park is the Zenkov Cathedral, which is famous for its unique wooden building. Next, you will be taken to Kok Tobe which is a mountain with a recreational hub on the top. This place is very famous among tourists visiting Almaty. You can shop for some unique national souvenirs from “The Beatles” shop located here. Your second day of Kazakhstan and Almaty Tour Package ends her after which we will drop you at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Almaty: Tour to Mountains Surrounding Almaty

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken to a guided tour of mountains surrounding the Almaty. Firstly, you will be taken to the Medeo George, where Trans-Ili Alatau, which is the largest skating rink on the high mountain in the world, is also located. You can capture the most scenic views of the surrounding mountain scenery from here. Next, we will take you to Chimbulak Ski Resort, where you can enjoy skiing. This place is heaven in itself with pleasant weather and scenic views of mountain ranges. After this, you will be dropped at your hotel, where you can relax and have an overnight stay.

Post breakfast, the day awaits for all the recreational and fun activities along with shopping, as you will be taken to the Gorky Central Park. This park is a must visit place especially with kids. You can enjoy camel and donkey rides here. The is also a dino-park and dolphinarium. You can also enjoy boating here. After this, we will take you to Adam Bazaar and Green Bazaar, which is a famous place for shopping. You need to get your bargaining skills high at this place. You can even relish unique Asian delicacies here. After this, we will drop you at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Post breakfast, pack your bags and get ready to check-out from the hotel as its the departure day of your Kazakhstan 4 nights 5 days package. Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 10% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 30 days prior to departure.

b. 30 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 25% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 25% of the tour price.

c. 15 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 50% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 50% of the tour price.

d. 10 Days Prior to Departure

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Due 20 days prior to departure.

Amendment Charges: USD 50 per booking or amendment.

Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.

e. NFR Bookings (Non-Refundable Bookings)

Payment at the Time of Booking: 100% of airfare, visa, and insurance (if booked through Travsetgo) plus 100% of the tour price.

Balance Payment: Immediate, at the time of booking.

Amendment Charges: Not applicable.

Cancellation Charges: 100% of the tour price.

2. Amendment Policy

Any modification to an existing booking will incur a fee of USD 50 per booking/amendment unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be subject to a 25% charge of the total tour price.

Cancellations made 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge of the total tour price.

Cancellations made 10 days prior to departure or NFR bookings will be subject to a 100% charge of the total tour price.

4. General Terms

Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule mentioned above. Failure to adhere to the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

All payments, once made, are governed by the cancellation and amendment policies outlined in this document.

Validity of Agreement & Payment

Online Booking: All online bookings require the customer to accept the terms and conditions outlined in the booking documents. Once the company confirms the booking via email, it constitutes a legally binding contract. Offline Booking: For offline bookings, the agreement only becomes valid once the customer has signed the booking documents and the company has received them. Until then, the company holds no obligation to process the trip or guarantee availability.

Payment Terms: Travsetgo initiates trip processing only after receiving the booking amount. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated timeframe may lead to booking cancellation, and the advance paid may be forfeited. Customers are advised to review payment schedules carefully and adhere to the deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
Cancellation & Company Rights

Company Authority: Travsetgo reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion. In such cases, the advance amount will be returned to the customer without interest, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as visa fees, travel insurance, or other third-party charges.

Travel Modifications: The company may need to modify or adjust itineraries, tours, or facilities due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes will be communicated promptly, and Travsetgo strives to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.
